This dataset contains bilateral commitment data on aid in support of five policy markers: 1) democratic and inclusive governance, 2) reproductive, maternal, newborn and child health (RMNCH), 3) nutrition, 4) inclusion and empowerment of persons with disabilities, and 5) disaster risk reduction (DRR) from the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) Creditor Reporting System (CRS) database.
In their reporting to the DAC CRS, donors are requested to indicate, for each activity, whether or not it targets the above-mentioned markers. A scoring system of three values is used, in which aid activities are "marked" as targeting the policy objective as either "principal objective" or "significant objective", or not targeting the objective. Reporting is voluntary for the nutrition and for the disability marker.
