EntrepreneurshipAbstract

Entrepreneurship is crucial to economic development, promoting social integration and reducing inequalities. The Gender-entrepreneurship dataset presents an original collection of indicators that measure gender equality in entrepreneurship, providing an important reference for policy insights and policy making. The data concern mainly the self-employed, their profile, age, education, sector of activity. We present also gender specific access to entrepreneurial training and financing, as well as attitudes towards entrepreneurial risks.
