2017 - Monitoring and evaluation : Single commodity indicatorsAbstract

Database
published : June 2017

This dataset and predefined summary tables are a complement to the report Agricultural Policy Monitoring and Evaluation 2017, which monitors agricultural policy developments in 35 OECD member countries, 6 non-OECD EU member states and 11 emerging economies: Brazil, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Russia, the Philippines, South Africa, Ukraine and Viet Nam.

The OECD uses a comprehensive system for measuring and classifying support to agriculture - the Producer and Consumer Support Estimates (PSEs and CSEs) and related indicators. They provide insight into the increasingly complex nature of agricultural policy and serve as a basis for OECD’s work on agricultural policies.
