The minimum between the duration of job search and the duration of joblessness. The person supplies duration of job seeking in the complete months, assuming that 15 days and more should be rounded up to 1 month. Thus the duration "less than one month" means duration of job seeking maximum 1 month + 14 days (i.e. 6 weeks) including reference week. The same situation is in the next groups: "2-3 months", "4-6 months", "7-12 months", "13 months and more".
