- goods subject to diplomatic immunity;
- goods and spare parts for repair under guarantee;
- ships and other means of transport purchased for use outside the Hungarian territory;
- fuels bought abroad by Hungarian vessels, aircraft, etc.
For exports only:
- fuels sold to foreign vessels, aircraft, etc.
