EXHAUSTIVE(NESS) (OF NATIONAL ACCOUNTS)

Definition:
GDP estimates are said to be exhaustive when they include all productive activities within the 1993 SNA production boundary, i.e. there are no non-measured productive activities. Exhaustiveness is the state of being exhaustive.
