| Key statistical concept Part-time employment refers to persons who usually work less than 30 hours per week in their main job. Data only include persons declaring usual hours worked. Due to rounding problems, for some countries the sum of the male and female share in part-time employment does not sum up to 100. See table E in OECD Employment Outlook and also OECD Labour Market and social Policy Occasional Paper No. 22. |
