Database Specific Abstract AbstractThis table contains deflators for resource flows for individual DAC Members from 1966 as well as the TOTAL DAC deflator, and the deflator for the EURO (EC).
The deflators include the effect of exchange rate changes and are therefore only applicable to US dollar figures.
The OECD uses the latest deflator to convert current prices to constant prices. The latest available base year used is the base year equal to 100.
The OECD applies the total DAC deflator to individual recipient countries and multilateral donors to calculate their receipts or flows in constant prices.
