It currently covers 42 countries across North and sub-Saharan Africa, Eastern Europe and Central Asia, Asia and the Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean.

This indicator provides the percentage of informal workers currently living in households that have a measure of 'capacity to pay based on food', by level of household informality. A worker’s capacity to pay based on food is determined at the household level. Food consumption/expenditure must account for less than half of total monthly household expenditure. Additionally, household members must not be considered poor according to the upper national poverty line.
