Job quality refers to multiple aspects of employment that contribute to well-being of workers and represents an inherently multi-dimensional construct. Job quality database focuses on three key dimensions. These are earnings quality, labour market security and quality of the working environment.

The database on Job Quality is structured around the three key building blocks of the OECD Job Quality Framework. It displays country information for OECD countries at the country level and at group level, by gender, age (15-29, 30-49 and 50-64) or education groups (low, medium and high). Occupational level is used as a proxy of education level for the Quality of the working environment dimension.
Data on earnings quality and on labour market (in)security are provided, respectively for the period 2006-2012 and the period 2006-2015 for most countries. Data on quality of working environement refers to 2005 for all OECD countries then data refer to European countries for 2010 and 2015.
