Reference period Reference periodAll programmes reported are recorded on a fiscal year basis (April 1 to March 31) and are allocated in the database to the first calendar year of a given fiscal year.
Where an end year is not reported, the program is ongoing. Where neither a start year nor an end year are reported, the program is part of an ongoing area of work that has existed since well before the beginning of the data set (2008), and for which there is no clear, definitive start date.
Data for the most recent year in the database are preliminary and are subject to change.
